How do I know I can trust the PortfolioMetrix team to manage the investment process for my clients with me?
The PortfolioMetrix team has a strong track record in investments and compliance. The four founding partners who sit on the executive team have many years’ experience working for large financial corporations and consultancies. There is a wealth of investment knowledge and expertise within the business: there are five who hold the internationally recognised Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA®) designation, we have six Certified Financial Planners (CFP®).

Where is my clients’ money actually invested if they have a PortfolioMetrix portfolio?
PortfolioMetrix constructs portfolios of funds based on risk-rated criteria using third-party funds run by established and respected fund management companies.
Custody of assets sits outside the PortfolioMetrix model so we are able to work with the most cost effective and efficient platform technology. Clients’ assets can be on different platforms based on suitability, price and functionality.

Do I have to use the Wealth Explorer™ tools to be able to access PortfolioMetrix investment portfolios?
No, you can use other tools if you prefer. However, our ability to take on the full suitability responsibility and liability for the investments may be affected depending on the tools you choose to use.

How long is the training to use the PortfolioMetrix service?
Basic training involves a one-day session with free on-going training and support provided as required.

What hidden or additional costs are there with the PortfolioMetrix service?
There are no hidden or additional costs with PortfolioMetrix. Our Wealth Explorer™ tools and on-going training and administration support are integrated into our overall service.
