It has been 13 years since Brandon Zietsman left the corporate world to start the pioneering PortfolioMetrix (PMX).
‘These things are often serendipitous,’ he said. ‘I had planned to set up my business before I turned 40 [he is now 52], but I had found a natural home in RMB Asset Management. I could quite possibly have ended my career there – if it had remained as successful as Coronation Fund Managers, for example.
