The Professional Adviser Awards are a true reflection of excellence in the financial services sector that helps serve advisers and their clients. Winners were selected from a long list of over 250 firms.
Best Risk-Profiling Service - the judges said this award was "in recognition of PortfolioMetrix's multifaceted approach to defining risk which correlated clearly with its investment solutions". They also singled out the ESG-specific questions and praised "PortfolioMetrix's work on sustainability". We were up against a number of firms where risk profiling is the only service that they provide so to come out ahead of those specialists is an amazing validation of our offering.
Our Financial Personality Assessment (FPA) is a fully-integrated, risk-calibrated questionnaire that provides advisers with rich insights into multiple dimensions of a client's financial personality and willingness to take risks, making it a powerful tool for client engagement and coaching.
Best Client Engagement - the judges said "It was clear that PortfolioMetrix lived and breathed client engagement". They also praised our "decisive and varied approach to adviser communications". It is worth noting that we have won this award for 3 of the last 4 years despite being up against some very tough competition.
