PortfolioMetrix is over the moon to have won three Citywire Adviser Choice Awards:
- Best Communication in a Crisis
- London Region
- East and South East England Region
We were also shortlisted in five other categories:
- Best Sustainable Investment Strategies
- Most Satisfactory Investment Outcomes
- Most Useful Digital Interface
- Best Reporting
- South West and Wales Region
The awards replace the Regional Stars awards, which we have won for four consecutive years for the London region. They aim to recognise the best wealth management firms in the eyes of advisers across the UK so we’re delighted to make it five in a row!
More than 600 adviser readers of the publication scored the discretionary fund managers they work with across ten different criteria, to highlight those firms who are leading the way in providing a stellar client experience.
As well as the regions, six new category awards were added this year and judged based on the highest average score in that factor across the whole of the UK.
Total team effort
It’s a fantastic result for PortfolioMetrix as we are a relatively small team compared to some of our competition. It’s a testament to all the hard work and dedication put in by each and every member of the team over the last year.
I’m particularly proud of the Best Communication in a Crisis award, with 2020 being completely unprecedented in terms of what to expect next, across investments and just physically running the business.
We pulled out all the stops to keep it business as usual. Communication played a huge role, both externally and internally and our adviser partners were fantastic in working with us to ensure their clients continued to get the service they needed, particularly during that difficult period.
It’s great to have so much to celebrate as we start to come through the worst of the pandemic. Onwards and upwards!
