Tell us about your role as Joint-COO and Head of Investment Operations.
As Head of Investment Operations, I oversee the Investment Operations team to support the global business and ensure our operational processes run like clockwork. Having spent three years in our Johannesburg office and another three in our London office, I’ve had the privilege of seeing different sides of our global business (and learning a lot along the way!).
In November 2023, my role evolved into Joint-COO, where I now focus on the bigger picture, overseeing operations at an organisational level and helping drive key strategic projects. I’m passionate about leading and developing people and love seeing teams come together to achieve great things.
What attracted you to PortfolioMetrix, and what keeps you motivated to stay?
I was drawn to PortfolioMetrix by its unique value proposition and the fast-paced, dynamic environment. The continuous evolution of the business, my role and the variety each day brings have kept me motivated and engaged over the years.
How do you like to spend your time when you’re not at work?
When I’m not at work, I’m almost always either organising something or spending time with my husband. I’m also part of the SAICA UK Committee, where I enjoy hosting and attending events for South African Chartered Accountants living in the UK.
Right now, marathon training takes up most of my free time, but when I’m not out running, I like to unwind with a good book.
