Brandon Zietsman, the founder and CIO of PortfolioMetrix (PMX) believes that the DFM market is approaching saturation point when it comes to larger financial advisers. But, there remains a huge gap, as small, medium and emerging financial advisers, which really need DFMs, are not being targeted.
PortfolioMetrix was an early entrant in the DFM market when it launched in 2010. Its assets under management in South Africa have since grown to R27.2bn.
