PortfolioMetrix scooped three wins at the 2022 Citywire Adviser Choice Awards last week.
The three categories were:
- Best DFM - London (This is the 6th year in a row we’ve won this)
- Best DFM - East & South East
- Most Useful Digital Interface
These awards are really important to us as they are direct feedback from our adviser partners on the quality of our proposition. As always, it is the breadth of what we're getting recognised for that I am most proud about. Best DFM is great but to also be shortlisted for Best Investment Outcome, Best ESG availability, Best Reporting, and Best Communication in a Crisis is a good indication of the extra miles that the team puts in every day.
How the voting works
Adviser readers of Citywire New Model Adviser were invited to score the DFMs they work with across 10 different criteria, to shine a light on the ones leading the way in providing a first-class client experience.
Over 700 financial advisers took part and the scores were calculated by the team at Citywire aggregating the feedback from advisers to create the shortlists. The winners for each category were calculated based on highest combined average score across all the factors.
