We won! Having been shortlisted for three Citywire Investment Performance Awards 2018, we are delighted to have won Best Overall Small Firm, Best Steady Growth and Best Aggressive.
Winning is testament to all the hard work put in by the team over the past few years and to the original vision and strategy we put in place when we decided to open a UK office back in 2012, following the investment model established in South Africa two years before.
Team work is key
Although we are growing, we still have a relatively small team who work incredibly hard to ensure we deliver on our promises. The technology we have in place helps us to keep the head-count small and focus on investing in quality people. Certainly, the feedback we get from our existing adviser partners is that our people are as important as the returns we deliver on our investment portfolios.
Constructive feedback helps drive our success
So, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the team for all their hard work and also to thank our adviser partners, many of whom have been with us since the early days and who provide us with constructive feedback and ideas that help us to continue to develop our (now multi-award winning) offering.
