When we received an email that PortfolioMetrix had won a Financial Adviser Service Award it came as a welcome surprise. This was a first for us.
The FASA awards have been running for a number of years, focused on investment, mortgages, protection and pensions. Last year was first year they rated DFMs, platforms & back-office providers.
In 2020 we didn’t get a rating because we didn’t meet the minimum votes requirement but this year, we were one of only 10 DFMs to gain the top rating of five stars!
Crucially, these awards are solely decided by votes from UK advisers which means they are an accurate reflection of advisers’ experiences of working with PortfolioMetrix.
Advisers are asked to choose from a very long list of DFMs and rate them on six disciplines. I understand we scored very highly overall, which is extremely gratifying and has given the team here a great boost.
I’d like to extend a huge thank you to all the advisers who voted for us. Knowing that what we do is valued by you makes all of our work worthwhile.
We look forward to working with more advisers over the coming months and we will be doing our very best to maintain our five-star status next year.
